Stores Retun & Refund Policy:

Carimart.com is operating on a third-party platform, showcasing product availability and Merchant Deals and Services. These Merchants may have different policies. Merchant policies are accessible before ordering, wherever product details are made available or in the merchant stores.

All Merchants will bare responsibility for their online inventory and will reconcile all monies regarding charge backs arising from any online transaction. All clients will provide a return & refund policy to be published with their presence on the site.

All items purchased from Carimart.com Merchants are subject to the individual merchant's return and refund policy. The printed receipt of your order information and the email from Carimart.com about the transaction will list the store from which the item(s) was purchased, the order number and the sale amount and date.

Carimart.com is the first place to be contacted for transaction inquiries. Consumers will need to contact the seller directly or follow their specific return and refund instructions found in their online store.

Carimart.com will not publish items on the site with zero quantity, eliminating its liability with regards to charge backs to an account.

All Merchant are provided with administration tools and discrepancy reports to maintain their information. Team Carimart admin services will assist in the up-keep of their information and online presence.

All Merchant will have their daily confirmed orders ready to be picked up for delivery by our local courier. This process is supported by our Team Carimart administration.

Carimart.com will conduct all charge back administration needs based on agreement with those Merchants who have a relationship with our merchant account to affect transactions online for their presence on the site.
