A small first-aid kit can be useful for unexpected cuts and bruises, and if you have a chronic condition, dont forget to throw in your back brace, painkillers, or any other items you may need. Also, if you dont want to pay island prices or get caught with hunger pains on a tour, it can be helpful to bring some snacks from home, just in case.
